- The Company was established in Setagaya-ku, Tokyo in April 2018 with the primary business purpose of apparel sales.
In July 2020, the Company entered into a capital and business alliance agreement with ZOZO, inc.; in April 2022, the Company acquired the fashion brand “F-LAGSTUF-F” operated by KANDOR Corporation through a business transfer; in August of the same year, the Company acquired 100% shares of A.Z.R. Corporation, which operates several brands including “Younger Song” In October 2022, the Company merged A.Z.R., a wholly owned subsidiary, into the Company, and in November 2022, the Company began operating “YZ Store,” an integrated e-commerce site that handles products under several of its own brands.

- When are the financial results announced?
- Our fiscal year ends at the end of March every year, and we announce our financial results in May. Please refer to the “IR Calendar” for the quarterly announcement of financial results.

- When is the shareholder fixed date for dividend payment?
- The shareholder fixed date for the year-end dividend is March 31. The shareholder fixed date for interim dividends is September 30.
- How many shares are in a trading unit?
- 100 shares. One trading unit refers to the number of shares in a trading unit.
- What are the procedures for name transfer, change of address, etc.?
- Please contact the securities company where you have opened your trading account for various stock-related procedures.
- When is the general meeting of shareholders held?
- The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders is held in late June each year. The date, time, and place of the meeting will be announced to shareholders as of March 31 of each year in early June.
- How can I exercise my voting rights at a shareholders’ meeting?
- A notice of convocation of the General Meeting of Shareholders and a form for exercising voting rights are sent to shareholders registered in the shareholders’ register as of the end of the record date for the General Meeting of Shareholders (or as of March 31 in the case of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders).
